The hotel had a clean and adequate room with a quiet view, although the equipment was minimal. The service was a mix of daily room cleaning and some rudeness from certain staff members. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement in different aspects.
The hotel is situated next to the river, so be prepared for some noise. The rooms were spacious with dressers all over the hallways, but the check-in process was a bit lengthy. The location is easy to access and within walking distance to downtown attractions, despite being close to freeway onramps.
The hotel has a nice canal view but the room was initially dark due to poor lighting; however, the staff promptly fixed the issue. The sliding doors between the rooms were a nice touch. Convenient location close to public transportation in Brickell. Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and clean, but unfortunately flooded with feces water, damaging our brand new shoes and clothes. The location was good, close to Brickell, but lacked any view as our room was situated right above the roof of the lower building.
